The Anchor is known for its cooking over coals ethos, and the new menus again focuses around this. Taking seasonal produce and making them the star of the show.
By writing it in a simple but informative way, we get our customers asking the staff about the dishes and how they are cooked and where is the produce from.
The cooking techniques used in the menu are mainly taken from classic French and Italian cookery but there are a few hints of South American and East Asian, all used in a clever way to bring you clean, flavours that you will want to eat time and time again.
The daily specials boards are where you'll find our sharers, Beef - Pork - Lamb - Fish - Vegetable with different finest cuts from our local suppliers & on Sundays there will be a sharing option to pre order.
